SilentNotes is built to provide a safe, respectful, and private environment.
By using the platform, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.
Violations may result in moderation actions, including content removal,
account suspension, or permanent bans.
1. Respect and Behavior
- Treat other users with respect and dignity
- No harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation
- No hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation
2. Prohibited Content
- Illegal content of any kind
- Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
- Explicit sexual, pornographic, or highly graphic material
- Violence, self-harm promotion, or extreme gore
- Content encouraging criminal activity or harm
3. Privacy and Consent
- Do not share personal or sensitive information of others without consent
- No doxxing, stalking, or invasion of privacy
- Respect private communications and anonymity
4. Spam and Abuse
- No spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive practices
- No automated abuse, mass messaging, or exploitation of the service
- No attempts to bypass security or moderation systems
5. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, or send.
SilentNotes does not pre-approve content and does not assume responsibility
for user-generated material.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
SilentNotes uses a combination of automated systems and manual review
to enforce these guidelines. Moderation actions may include:
- Content removal or restriction
- Temporary account or session suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to authorities when legally required
7. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report content or behavior that violates these guidelines.
Reports are reviewed to maintain platform safety and integrity.
Abuse of the reporting system may itself result in penalties.
8. No Guarantee of Availability
SilentNotes does not guarantee that all violating content will be immediately
detected or removed. Users acknowledge that moderation is a best-effort process.
9. Updates to Guidelines
These Community Guidelines may be updated at any time.
Continued use of SilentNotes after changes constitutes acceptance.
